Ashburnham Voters Face September 1 State Primary

ASHBURNHAM — Ashburnham residents head to the polls September 1 for the state primary, even as summer water-use restrictions remain in effect through the end of the month and the town continues seeking volunteers for open board seats.

The Town Clerk's office has posted notice of the September 1, 2026 State Primary, giving residents a week's notice to plan to vote. The announcement was posted August 17.

Separately, the town's mandatory water conservation measures remain in effect through September 30, a restriction first posted in May that continues to apply to all water users in town through the end of the summer season.

The town is also continuing to advertise vacancies across multiple boards and committees, according to a notice updated July 1. The listing of open seats remains posted and will stay open until the vacancies are filled.
